5. Retention and use period of

PLANIT destroys personal information without delay when
information subject withdraws consent or personal information
becomes unnecessary, such as the achievement of the purpose of
information processing.
If personal information needs to be kept in accordance with
other laws and regulations even through the personal information
retention period agreed by the information subject has elapsed
or the purpose of information processing has been achieved, the
personal information is securely stored and used only for the
intended purposes. In this case, the PLANIT shall store the

The exercise of the right to access, correct, delete, and
suspend processing personal information can be done in writing,
by phone or email, and PLANIT will take action without delay.
The exercise of rights pursuant to this clause can be done

information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this
case, the information subject must submit a power of attorney in
accordance with the form of Attachment 11 of the Enforcement
Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
If the information subject requests correction or deletion of
errors in personal information, PLANIT does not use or provide
